Goa Tourism hotels are hotels run by the Goa tourism development corporation in Goa (GTDC) who undertake advance reservations of its hotels and also offer other allied services such as booking of Goa tours, cruises, transport etc. All the bookings are done through its central reservation office which is ideally located at its hotel in the capital city of Goa at Panaji, known as the Panaji Residency.
Upon receiving a request for booking of a hotel the central reservation office will subsequently book the accommodation or the service depending on availability and intimate the full amount to be paid for the booking.The applicant has to deposit the said amount in the designated bank of the GTDC either in cash or by demand draft payable to “ Goa tourism development corporation” .
Upon depositing the full amount the applicant has to mention the name, address, name of residency , the type of room and period of booking and fax the pay-in-slip to Goa tourism corporation limited central reservation office. Booking will be deemed to be confirmed only upon receiving a receipt issued by the Goa Tourism Development corporation limited.
Booking will be considered as confirmed only after a Receipt is issued by Goa Tourism Development Corporation Limited on obtaining your faxed pay-in slip with details.
The various Goa tourism hotels are spread all over Goa and are majorly in the cities of Goa. For Panaji city it is the Panaji Residency . Margao hosts the Margao Residency hotel of GTDC, Mapusa Residency is located in Mapusa and Vasco Residency is the Vasco address of the Goa tourism hotels.
For the beach side flavour, the Calangute residency is located in the beach area of Calangute in North Goa whereas the Colva Residency is located in the south on the Colva beach. For added comfort is the Calangute Annexe. The Miramar Residency is the address of Goa tourism hotels on Miramar Beach.
